The Vivere 15ft 3 Beam Hammock Stand in Steel is able to accommodate all Hammock Universe double spreader bar hammocks, as well as other traditional spreader bar hammocks that range from 10ft to 15ft in length. The zinc-coated legs of the stand prevent rust and plastic caps are used on the ends of the steel tubing to create a soft finish. This means you can move your stand across your patio or deck without scratching the deck or stand. You will enjoy the freedom the stand provides by allowing you to set up your hammock wherever you desire.

Very happy with our new hammock stand. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. I assembled the stand (didn’t need any help, it’s that easy), attached my hammock, and was chilling two minutes later.
Looks great, and will be a cinch to store once the cold weather takes over again here in Ontario, Canada.
Oh! And the hammock sleeve that we also bought has been used a few times already, and did its job well of protecting our hammock from rain.
I heartily recommend Hammock Universe to anyone!

Customer Satisfaction Policy
We strive for total customer satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Products must be returned in new, unused, never assembled and in resalable condition with all their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please note: as much as we hate doing this, we reserve the right to decline a return if improperly packaged, or adjust the refund if hardware is missing or hammock is not in like new condition.
Product Guarantee
Limited One Year Warranty
Hammock Universe ("Hammock Universe") warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Hammock Universe, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Retailers selling Hammock Universe products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover discoloration of product, damage caused by mildew, mold or any external source. It does not cover normal wear of parts, or damage resulting from any of the following: rodents, pests or any animal, negligent use or misuse of the product, commercial use of the product, use contrary to the assembly instructions, repair or alteration by anyone unless the service was authorized by Hammock Universe. Further, the damage warranty does not cover acts of God, such as: fire, flood, wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms and any form of precipitation: (i.e. rain, snow, hail). Warranty void if damage to the product results from the use of a part other than a genuine Hammock Universe part.

Order Delivery usually happens within 1 to 5 business days. (1-3 days on average)
We use various carriers to deliver your order in a timely matter.
Please note that some stands, due to their size, cannot be shipped USPS.

Address correction/redirection?
Please note that ALL carriers charge a fees to their customers for an address correction once the package has shipped. This fees is on average $15 for changing something as simple as 115 Main St. to 117 Main St. Please make sure the address is accurate when placing your order. If you see an error, please contact us ASAP to make the correction before the order is processed.
Decline Delivery or Return to Sender
Please note that ALL carriers charge a return fee equivalent to the outgoing shipping fee. If you decide to cancel your order once it has been shipped and choose to have it redirect to us, decline reception on delivery day, or simply decide or fail to pick it up at the nearby pick up location, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to deduct both the outgoing and returning cost amounts from your refund.
Installation & Safety Precautions
Installing a hammock is usually not too complicated. However, the most common issue is deception. NOT with the product itself but the FIT!
We provide minimal dimensions for the specific product under the SPECS Tab.
Before purchasing a hammock or a stand, it is important to allow yourself 5 minutes to measure the space you have on your patio, between the trees or anywhere else.
Doing that with a measuring tape (and not using the good old eye guessing technique 😊) will allow to choose in accordance with the space you have and allowing for relaxation in no time when your order arrives!
